Community Care Events
Thank you for your interest in hosting a fundraiser at Chick-fil-A Winterpock! We are so excited to share with you the exciting new revisions we have made to our events. Previously, stores were overwhelmed and understaffed with the amount of guests that spirit nights would bring in! In 2020, during the closure of our dining rooms we adjusted our focus to drive thru and mobile ordering. This shift in focus allowed us to create new ways to engage with our community and our guests. It is our pleasure to introduce to you Community Care Events. If you are a school in our community wanting to host a Community Care Event, please check out our School Partnership Program. How does a mobile Community Care Event work?
Our Community Care Events, formally known as Spirit Nights, are the ultimate low-cost, no-effort fund-raiser! Just invite the community to place a mobile order! Teachers, co-workers, kids and families can simply visit Chick-fil-A Winterpock during your designated Community Care Event, place a mobile order for drive-thru, carry out, or dine-in and your group enjoys 10% of the profits from those sales! The more guests you invite, the more money you earn! Everyone in your organization can participate simply by enjoying a delicious Chick-fil-A meal through the app. The ONLY way we can track your receipts for your fundraising event is when guests toggle the Community Care Event button on the Chick-fil-A App during checkout. Guests will automatically be prompted to toggle this switch when your organization code is applied.

Timeframe: 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Days of the Week: Monday or Tuesday
Limit: No more than one per month for schools that earn at least $100 per event. For schools with smaller events, once every other month, based on availability.
Who participates: Students, teachers, faculty, staff, and their families. The more people who participate, the higher the donation will be.
How it works: We will give your school a special code to use in the app. Participants will use the code in the Chick-fil-A app and their order will count toward your total.

10% of designated sales will be donated to your school.

FAQs

What if someone doesn’t want to or can’t download the app for any reason? Guests can tell their order taker that they are there for the Community Care Event while placing their order. Their order will count toward your total.

What if someone forgets to tell their order taker that they are there for the event? Tell the order taker afterward and they can save the receipt of the person who forgot. It will be counted.
How to have a successful event:

Promote your event! The more you promote, the more successful your event will be. Post on social media multiple times and tag us on Facebook and Instagram.

Hand out flyers at your organization and include them in communication emails.
