Community Care Events

Thank you for your interest in hosting a fundraiser at Chick-fil-A Winterpock! We are so excited to share with you the exciting new revisions we have made to our events. Previously, stores were overwhelmed and understaffed with the amount of guests that spirit nights would bring in! In 2020, during the closure of our dining rooms we adjusted our focus to drive thru and mobile ordering. This shift in focus allowed us to create new ways to engage with our community and our guests. How does a mobile Community Care Event work?

Our Community Care Events, formally known as Spirit Nights, are the ultimate low-cost, no-effort fund-raiser! Just invite the community to place a mobile order! Teachers, co-workers, kids and families can simply visit Chick-fil-A Winterpock during your designated Community Care Event, place a mobile order for drive-thru, carry out, or dine-in and your group enjoys 10% of the profits from those sales! The more guests you invite, the more money you earn! Everyone in your organization can participate simply by enjoying a delicious Chick-fil-A meal through the app. The ONLY way we can track your receipts for your fundraising event is when guests toggle the Community Care Event button on the Chick-fil-A App during checkout. Guests will automatically be prompted to toggle this switch when your organization code is applied.

How it works:

  • We agree on a date (Chick-fil-A Winterpock is offering Thursdays and Fridays) and a 3 hour time slot.

 

  • During your allotted time, when a guest goes to place a mobile order, they will see that there is a Community Care Event happening at our location. 

 

  • Once guests complete their order and go to checkout, they will be prompted to support your organization by applying an organization code. Your code must be 5 to 10 characters and can only contain numbers and letters. Please be aware that your code is case sensitive!

 

  • During Community Care Events, team members will be notified of your code, so if a guest forgets your code or if a guest would like to support your group, we will gladly help them out.

 

  • After your event, we will calculate the % of sales and notify your organization's contact with the results of the event. We will then add every guest that applied your code to a group and send out a special thank you reward on your behalf! We can add a customized message from your organization and the outcome of the fundraiser if you would like.

Ex: Chick-fil-A Winterpock was honored to host YOUR ORGANIZATION NAME last night. With your support, we were able to raise $XXX, which the organization will use for YOUR GOAL HERE.
